COVID Vaccine Update – Aug 10, 2022
Health Canada has announced that Moderna’s Spikevax COVID vaccine is now approved for children aged 6 months – 4 years. Dr. Cameron and I will be holding a vaccination clinic for this age group on August 10 – if you’re interested, please give us a call at 905-885-5511 and book an appointment! Please note we will only have the 6mo-4y vaccine available (which is a different strength than for adults, or older children).
It is recommended that no other vaccines are given in the 2 weeks before the COVID vaccine, so if your child has a routine vaccine scheduled, and you’d like to take part in our COVID vaccine clinic – we’d suggest you reschedule your routine appointment.
We’re also opening this clinic to anyone – you don’t have to be our patient! So if you have friends/family with kids in this age range – have them call us to book in!

We’ll be closing registration at the end of the day on Thursday, August 4th, so we can get our vaccine order in.
